About Magic Camper

Magic Camper began with a simple idea: spend more meaningful time together as a family and explore the incredible places waiting just beyond our daily routines.

Our road trip adventures didn’t start in a motorhome. They began years ago with a minivan packed to the brim and a cabin tent tucked in the back. We learned early on that it wasn’t about perfect plans or fancy gear. It was about being together, discovering new places, and saying yes to the unexpected moments that make travel unforgettable.

Over time, those tent trips grew into unforgettable RV journeys up and down the East Coast and across the country. One of our most memorable adventures was a 28-day cross-country trip from New Hampshire to California and back. Along the way, we explored six major cities, visited six national parks, spent a day at an amusement park, and made countless spontaneous stops that became some of our favorite memories.

We’ve learned that the magic of road travel often happens between destinations. It’s found in simple moments like sharing a meal in a small Nebraska town and meeting our wonderful server Katie, or pulling over in Memphis for what turned out to be the best burgers we’ve ever had. These are the experiences that stay with you long after the trip ends.

As our family has grown, so has our love for RV travel. We recently expanded our fleet as we prepare for our second cross-country journey, now traveling with five adult or adult-size passengers. Each trip continues to remind us how special it is to slow down, connect, and create memories together on the road.
